We had to learn how to produce hundreds of meals at a time while keeping the same flavor, texture, and quality people loved from day one.

Jazmin isn’t just our head chef — she’s the flavor architect. She starts each week in the kitchen, tasting, tweaking, and perfecting every recipe. Her roots in clean, balanced cooking meet her Latin-inspired creativity in a way that makes healthy food impossible to get bored of. If it’s coming out of our kitchen, you can bet it’s been made with her signature mix of passion and precision.
Manuel is the driver of the bigger picture — the one making sure our meals reach beyond the kitchen to the homes, gyms, and offices where they can make the biggest difference. He’s constantly building new connections, refining systems, and keeping the business ahead of the curve so we can keep serving more people, better.
