Welcome to Meal Preps 4 Fuel LLC! We are honored to fuel your life, one meal at a time. By accessing our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure a clear and fair understanding between you and Meal Preps 4 Fuel LLC.

Order Deadlines & Modifications

  • Ordering Opens: Every Monday at 4:00 PM CST

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders must be placed by Friday at 12:00 PM CST (NOON)

  • Final Sale Policy: All orders are final once placed. No changes, substitutions, cancellations, or modifications are accepted after an order is submitted.

Payments

  • Full payment is required when placing your order

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards securely online

Cancellations, Refunds & Order Issues

  • No Cancellations or Refunds: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Order Issues: If you experience any issues with your order, such as missing or incorrect meals, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a store credit or meal replacement.

  • Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a meal, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt. Provide a detailed description and, if possible, include photographs. We will evaluate the concern and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a store credit or meal replacement.

  • Timely Communication Required: We’re committed to providing excellent service, but we can only resolve issues that are reported promptly. Delays in reporting may limit our ability to offer any resolution.

  • Resolution Limitations: Credits or meal replacements are issued at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Abuse of this policy may result in denial of future credits.

Meal Selection Policy 

Customers must ensure that their meal selections match the package they are purchasing. Each package clearly states the number and type of meals included (e.g., entrees vs. breakfasts).

We reserve the right to reject, modify, or cancel any order that does not accurately reflect the selected package, including but not limited to:

• Selecting more meals than the package includes

• Selecting only entrée meals while checking out with a breakfast-only package

• Mixing meal types in a way that does not match the package structure

If an order is submitted incorrectly, we will contact you to adjust the order or apply the appropriate charges. Failure to respond may result in cancellation of your order.

This policy will remain in effect until our website is updated to enforce accurate selection limits.

Food Handling & Allergens

  • Meals are prepared in a facility that handles dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, and shellfish

  • We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients before consumption

  • Meal Preps 4 Fuel LLC is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities

Meal Storage & Consumption

  • Meals must be refrigerated immediately upon pickup or delivery

  • For optimal freshness and safety consume meals within 5–7 days of delivery or pickup

  • Seafood and other sensitive items should be eaten within 2-3 days

  • Meals may be frozen to extend shelf life, though quality may vary

  • Meal Preps 4 Fuel LLC is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage

Nutritional Information

We do our best to accurately calculate and provide nutritional information for each meal using industry-standard tools and ingredient data.

  • However, all nutritional values are estimates and may vary due to portion sizes, substitutions, or supplier variances.

  • Meal Preps 4 Fuel LLC does not provide medical or dietary advice. Customers should consult a licensed professional for any nutrition-related concerns.

Promotions & Discounts

  • Only one promotional code or discount may be used per order

  • Promo codes are subject to expiration and cannot be retroactively applied

  • Meal Preps 4 Fuel LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel promo use at our discretion

Privacy Policy

  • We collect only the information needed to process your order and improve your experience

  • Your data is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties outside of necessary service providers

  • You may receive order updates or promotional communications via email or text

Limitation of Liability

Meal Preps 4 Fuel LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Policy Changes

Meal Preps 4 Fuel LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any legal action or dispute will be handled in the courts of Jackson County, MO.

Pick-Up Instructions

Pick-Up Location:

201 N Forest Ave #120 Independence, MO 64050

Pick-Up Time: Sundays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Upon Arrival:

  1. Call or Text (816) 405-8745

  2. Provide your invoice number or order name

  3. Include a brief description of your vehicle to help us identify you quickly

Important Notes:

Please arrive within the designated pick-up window.

If you’re running late please contact us.

Orders not picked up by 5:00 PM may be subject to additional fees and arrangements. 

*Late Pick-Up Policy

We understand things come up, but to respect our team’s time and operations, the following late pick-up fees apply:

A 15-minute grace period is provided after 5:00 PM.

After 5:15 PM, a $15 late fee will be applied to your order.

If pick-up is more than 30 minutes late (after 5:30 PM), the fee increases to $25, and your order may need to be rescheduled for a later time or day, subject to availability.

Please communicate with us ahead of time if you’re running late—we’ll always do our best to work with you.*

Delivery Instructions

Delivery Day & Time:

Every Sunday after 3:00 PM

You will receive a text or call before arrival to confirm someone is available to receive your order

Delivery Fee:

Flat rate: $7

Available within a 20-mile radius of Kansas City, MO

*Missed Delivery & Re-Delivery Policy:

To keep things running smoothly for all our customers, please take note of the following:

If no one is available and no drop-off instructions were provided, your order will be returned

A $15 re-delivery fee applies for any second attempt or rescheduled delivery

If re-delivery is not possible and you are unable to pick up your order during our scheduled pick-up window, a $25 non-retrieval fee will be applied
