  • We operate with one mission: Fuel your life with structure, flavor, and consistency. Here’s how we do it:

    Every Monday by 4 PM, we drop our new weekly menu. You have until Friday at 12 PM CST to place your order.

    Start by choosing your Meal Pack

    • Beast Mode (6oz portions): Built for muscle gains - 6oz high-protein meals designed to support strength, size, and recovery.

    • Wellness Pack (4oz portions): 4oz meals portioned to support fat loss and healthy dieting.

    • Breakfast & Lunch 5 Day Pack: Includes 5 breakfast + 5 lunch meals — choose 4oz or 6oz

    • Breakfast Only Pack: 5 ready-to-go, flavor-packed breakfast meals

    Select how many meals you want in your pack

    We offer 5, 10, 15, or 20-meal options depending on your pack.

    • Choose your meals (or let us choose a variety)

      You’ll see weekly new & rotating entrees, premium options like salmon or steak, and flavorful add-ons like protein balls and parfaits.

    Checkout and choose either Pickup or Delivery

    We deliver across Kansas City and surrounding cities every Sunday after 3 PM. Pickup is also available Sunday from 3–5 PM.

    We keep it tight and structured because we prep everything fresh, in-house, and to order. Once the order window closes, we immediately source ingredients and start prepping — no guessing, no waste, no shortcuts.

    • Select your Meals - Fill up your Meal Pack! View the Menu items on the Menu page to fill up your order. Add each choice to your cart.

      If you don’t select any meals, we’ll send you a variety of this week’s featured meals

    • Purchase + Pick-up/Delivery - Checkout and await your meal pickup or delivery day. Details are located here and will be sent to your inbox as well.

    ⚠️ IMPORTANT: The number of meals you add to your cart must match the quantity listed in the Meal Pack you selected (ex: 10-pack = 10 meals). See our Terms & Conditions

  • If you miss the Friday 12 PM cut-off, you’ll need to wait for the next week’s menu to place a new order. We prep everything fresh, based on confirmed orders.

  • Because we prep fresh to order, all sales are final once placed. We cannot offer cancellations, edits, or refunds after checkout.

Ordering

  • Pick-Up Location:

    Pick-Up Time:

    Sundays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

    Upon Arrival:

    1. Call or text (816) 405-8745

    2. Provide your invoice number or order name

    3. Include a brief description of your vehicle

  • Please plan to arrive during the designated pick-up window.

    • If you’re running late, contact us before 5:00 PM.

    • A 15-minute grace period is provided after 5:00 PM.

    • After 5:15 PM, a $15 late fee will be applied.

    • After 5:30 PM, the late fee increases to $25 and your pick-up may need to be rescheduled (subject to availability).

    Important: Failure to communicate may result in forfeited meals without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time.

      If you’re nearby but don’t see your city listed, feel free to reach out — we may still deliver to you!


    You’ll receive a call or text before arrival to confirm that someone is available to receive the meals.

  • If no one is available and no drop-off instructions are provided:

    1. Your order will be returned.

    2. A $15 re-delivery fee will apply for a second attempt or rescheduled delivery.

    3. If re-delivery isn’t possible and you can’t pick up during our scheduled window, a $25 non-retrieval fee will apply.

    Pro Tip: Make sure your address and phone number are accurate. If you won’t be home, leave detailed drop-off instructions during checkout.

Meals & Nutrition

  • A new Menu goes live every Monday by 4 PM on our website. Ordering stays open until Friday at 12 PM.

  • Meals are delivered fresh.

    • Store in the refrigerator immediately

    • Eat within 7 days for best quality

    • Microwave for 1–2 minutes or until heated through

  • Absolutely. We use clean, high-quality ingredients, carefully balanced macros, and bold, satisfying flavors to fuel your lifestyle.

  • Our Fuel Packs come in standard portion sizes (4oz or 6oz), but you can add extra portions for a small fee:

    • $2 upcharge per meal for additional extra protein (2.5 oz)

    • $1 upcharge per meal for additional extra carbs (1/2 Cup)

    These add-ons allow you to easily boost your meal size while keeping your macros on point!

  • Our current menus primarily focus on high-protein, balanced meals. Specialty diets may be featured in the future — check weekly for updates!

  • Please contact us before ordering if you have food allergies. While we are careful, our kitchen does handle common allergens like dairy, nuts, and gluten.
